Hi, my name’s Ogi and I’m the founder of fullcourtflex.
Since primary school, I’ve had a passion for writing, having written for school newspapers, a few articles on socials here and there but nothing major.
Being from the UK and raised in a football heavy environment until the age of ~14, then falling in love with basketball (OKC vs Clippers 2014 playoffs – watching games at 5am on a a jailbroken League Pass account, iykyk) has had a massive impact on me. Culturally, I grew to love the American sports ecosystem whilst being in London all my life.
Having my finger on the pulse with what’s going on in both places will hopefully mean I can add some unique colour to my content – I’d like to bridge the gap, especially on the basketball side, so expect a mish-mash of lexicon and a lot of statements trying compare what goes on in football compared to basketball. I did a small series on that my instagram, @fullcourtflex called ‘The Crossover’ (I should probably do a few more of those…)
So yeah, enjoy me shining the light on various topics – won’t always be hoops related, could be completely random on occasion but will certainly involve sport in some way.
